Hey Folks this is going to be a long one, so strap in.
My first interaction with Scott Comfort Systems began on the telephone with the lovely, polite
and kind Lynnelle. Shortly after our conversation, Scott called to let me know he was on the
way. He drove up, asked where the HVAC was and went to work assessing the problem. Once done, he
rang the doorbell and the first thing I noticed was the orange plastic shoe covers he wore. I
immediately thought to myself, that’s a real sign of respect for my home. I appreciated it so
much that in my head, Scott’s company was my choice. But of course I had to get other estimates.
Scott sat down and explained the choices his company offered and didn’t treat me like an idiot
when I needed something explained. He was just kind, professional and compassionate. The next
thing he did was really not common but oh so special; he offered to put an air conditioner in
the window for as long as I needed it, whether I chose his company or not. I told him I would
make a decision later in the day and would call.
So the other contractors came and gave their assessments and pricing and then I made my decision
to chose Scott Comfort Systems. Mind you, he wasn’t the lowest price, but his customer service
was outstanding and the fact that he presented choices and he could get the job done the next
day, made all the difference to me.
Another thing, the gentlemen that work with him showed me the same respect and consideration.
So, if you need anything HVAC related, SCOTT COMFORT SYSTEMS is a fantastic choice.

Impressive!! Called because our AC stopped cooling the house on the hottest day, of course.
Jason came out within a few hours and fixed it! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We
especially appreciated how he took his time to explain what he was doing, what the issue was and
to show us how everything worked. He had it up and running again within minutes. It was so hot
it took several hours for the house to finally cool back down, but he explained the process and
what to expect. He was spot on! Our house is now as cool as ever. We highly recommend Scott

Comfort Systems. I've always said that if you looked at all industries out there and took the #1
person/company within those industries and then ranked those best people/companies from top to
bottom, Jason would be at the very top. He is an expert when it comes to HVAC and the great
thing about him is his ability to explain things in a way that you understand. When I think back
over the past 15+ years, I've had several different painters, plumbers, auto mechanics, etc.
